Originally from Barberton, OH and now resides in Phoenix, AZ. Graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in economics. Was the 2007 Illinois State Amateur Champion (youngest ever clipping former CANTOUR member D.A. Points record - still intact). Was the only amateur to compete in the 2008 Bank of America Championship on the Nationwide Tour. Was named to Big 10 All Conference. PERSONAL: Lists Cypress Point as his favourite golf course. Huge Tiger Woods fan. Luke Donald fan by virtue of his connection to Northwestern. Most memorable round was playing Jupiter Hills with Luke Donald.
