About the Tournament
First held in 1981 and now known as The TIMES COLONIST OPEN, it is the longest running Canadian Tour event, having been held annually since 1984. It is held on a rotational basis on 3 outstanding Victoria golf courses: Royal Colwood - Gorge Vale and Uplands, with the 2008 event scheduled to be held for the 8th time at the Uplands Golf Club.
